When you submit an inquiry, your browser sends the form details over HTTPS to Formspree, our third-party form processing provider, so KnitBagWorks can respond to your request. Formspree processes and may store submissions and forwards notifications to our Gmail inbox at [email protected]. This website does not save your inquiry in browser storage.

When you choose a contact channel

Formspree may process submission data and technical information, such as IP address and browser information, in the United States and other countries where it operates. See the Formspree privacy policy for its processing and retention practices. Email and WhatsApp remain optional alternatives: review and send your message from the chosen service. Formspree, Google/Gmail and WhatsApp handle information according to their respective privacy terms.

Information in your inquiry

Your name, email, company, destination, selected product direction, quantity, project brief (including colours), artwork confirmation and privacy consent are submitted to help respond to your request. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential artwork in the form.

Website technology

This version uses no analytics, advertising cookies or external fonts. Hosting services may process connection information when serving pages.
